Questions
What posters ask
Can I require a background check?
Yes, per listing. Adult applicants must have passed one before they can apply. Minors are never background-checked; instead the adult who hires them is.
What if the worker does not show up?
Report it from the job. A worker no-show inside 24 hours cancels the job with a full release of the hold and a strike on their account. Three strikes is a suspension.
Can a neighbor post something unpaid?
Yes. A favor is a neighborhood task with no price. The teen still gets verified service hours, confirmed by you.
How do I get the verified badge?
Sign up as an organization and verify your identity. Volanee reviews the organization and adds the mark; verified badges are required to confirm volunteers.
