What advisors ask
Can students fake hours?
Not through Volanee. In-app hours are confirmed by the organization. Outside hours are pending until the supervisor taps a single-use link sent to their own email or phone, and we record who approved, when and from where.
What can I see about a student?
Name, school, verified totals and entries. Not their messages, documents or pay. Guardians of minors see more; counselors see what a transcript would show.
Do students need my approval to post hours?
No. Supervisors verify. You verify the transcript when it lands on your desk.
Is there an export for the whole school?
The portal shows totals today; a per-school CSV export is on the roadmap. Ask and we will prioritise it.
