Youth Work Policy
What a Worker under 18 can and cannot do on Volanee, and what the app enforces automatically.

Not enforced by the app
State child-labor law varies: some states require a work permit from the school district, cap daily and weekly hours during the school year, or restrict specific tasks. Volanee's limits are conservative defaults, not legal advice. Hirers must comply with the law where the work is done; guardians must know what their state requires. Volanee will restrict or remove categories in a state when we learn they are not permitted.
Reporting
Any concern about a minor's safety is a critical report. It freezes the job, suspends the reported adult pending review, preserves evidence, and pages a person. Where required, Volanee reports to law enforcement or child protective services.
